Lazarian Dpratoon guarantees the quality of the work performed, strict adherence to the deadlines and non-disclosure of information contained in the material.

The translation order has to contain the price list approved by both parties. The customer has to deliver the material under contract via ordinary post, e-mail or fax. We reserve the right to refuse the order, if it does not contain the above mentioned written order.

Technical documents should be accompanied by reference documents supplied by the client and/or drawings or diagrams that will provide a better understanding of such documents.

The price of translation is defined based on the number of the characters of the translated material, if no other terms are stipulated.

If the customer terminates the contract, he/she is obliged to pay the total price of the work performed so far.

The payment should be performed against the invoice within five days’ period from the agreed deadline.

The above stated conditions are general for all the services rendered by Lazarian Dpratoon to all its clients.
